2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact us via email, phone, or Facebook page with your order number and issue.

Send photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Our support team will verify and guide you through the return process.

Return shipping must be done through our approved courier partner (we will provide instructions).
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5â7 business days.

Refunds are made via bKash/Nagad/Bank transfer or original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchange Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible â you will have to request a return after delivery.
